Follow these simple care instructions to keep your Xeflux products vibrant, long-lasting and looking their best for years to come.

About Sublimation Printing: Xeflux uses sublimation printing — a process where dye is infused directly into the fabric fibres. This creates vivid, permanent prints that won't peel, crack or fade with normal use. However, they do require specific care to maintain quality.

Do's

Wash inside out in cold water (below 30°C)
Use mild, colour-safe detergent
Gentle or delicate machine wash cycle
Air dry in shade or tumble dry on low heat
Iron on reverse side (printed side down) on low heat
Store folded in a cool, dry place

Don'ts

Do not bleach or use bleach-based detergents
Do not wash in hot water (above 40°C)
Do not dry clean
Do not iron directly on the print
Do not expose to direct prolonged sunlight for drying
Do not use fabric softeners frequently — they degrade the print over time

Custom Mugs & Bottles

Ceramic Mugs

✓ Hand wash with mild soap
✓ Use a soft cloth or sponge
✓ Rinse thoroughly after each use
✗ No dishwasher — high heat degrades the print
✗ No soaking for extended periods
✗ No abrasive scrubbers
✗ Do not microwave (metallic finishes)

Custom Bottles

✓ Hand wash with warm soapy water
✓ Use a bottle brush for interior
✓ Air dry completely before storing
✗ No dishwasher for printed bottles
✗ Do not use with carbonated drinks (leakage risk)
✗ No harsh cleaning agents
✗ Store with lid open to prevent odours

Other Products

Frames, Mouse Pads & More

Photo Frames

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid wet cleaning. Do not expose to direct sunlight for extended periods — UV rays can fade the print over time. Keep away from moisture and humidity.

Mouse Pads

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Lay flat to dry — do not wring or machine wash. Avoid prolonged moisture exposure. Flat storage prevents curling edges.

Keychains & Accessories

Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth. Avoid contact with water and chemicals. Store separately to prevent scratching. Metal components may tarnish over time — polish with a jewellery cloth.
