These terms govern your use of xeflux.com and all purchases made on the platform. They form a legally binding agreement between you and Fluxcart E-Commerce (OPC) Private Limited (hereinafter "Xeflux", "we", "us").

1. About Xeflux

Xeflux is a custom merchandise brand operated by Fluxcart E-Commerce (OPC) Private Limited, registered in Goa, India (GSTIN: 30AAFCF7534G1ZW). We manufacture and sell personalised apparel and lifestyle products via this website and our studio in Margao, Goa.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders placed on xeflux.com are offers to purchase subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. We do not offer Cash on Delivery for custom-printed products.

3. Custom Products & Design Content

When you upload or submit design content for custom products, you confirm that: (a) you own or have the right to use all elements of the design; (b) the design does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; (c) the design does not contain offensive, illegal, defamatory or obscene content. Xeflux reserves the right to refuse production of any design that violates these conditions. You grant Xeflux a non-exclusive licence to use your design solely for the purpose of producing your order.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

Custom orders may be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement, before production has begun. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 88880 83866. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible as the product has been made specifically for you. Standard catalog items (non-customised) may be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering.

5. Returns & Refunds

As all Xeflux products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We will replace or refund products that are defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from the approved proof. Refund and return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on xeflux.com — including the Xeflux logo, brand name, product photographs, website design, and written content — is the property of Fluxcart E-Commerce (OPC) Private Limited and is protected by applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Xeflux content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Xeflux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Margao, Goa. We encourage you to resolve any disputes by contacting our customer support team first.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of xeflux.com after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
